Registration & Approval Process
Joining the Bioniq Lab Affiliate Programme only takes a few steps. Once your application is approved, you’ll receive access to your affiliate portal and can start sharing your referral link and discount code immediately.
Step 1
Start by submitting your application through the registration form for the brand you’d like to promote.
During registration, we’ll ask for information such as:
- Your website or social media profiles
- The type of audience you work with
- How you plan to promote Bioniq Lab
- Your preferred affiliate discount code (where available)

Our team reviews every application to ensure it’s a good fit for the programme and aligns with our compliance requirements.
In some cases, we may contact you for additional information before approving your application.
Once everything looks good, we’ll approve your account as quickly as possible.
As soon as your application is approved, your affiliate account becomes active.
Your referral link and discount code are ready to use immediately, allowing you to start referring customers without delay.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with access to your Affiliate Portal.
Inside the portal, you can:
- Access your affiliate link and discount code
- View commissions and referral performance
- Download available marketing materials
- Update your account information
- Track your payouts
Once your affiliate account has been approved, log in to your Affiliate Portal and complete your payout information.
You’ll need to:
- Select your preferred payout method.
- Enter your payment details.
- Keep your information up to date.
Please note: Commissions cannot be paid until valid payment details have been provided.

Payout Schedule
Once your commissions have been approved, they’ll be paid according to the standard Affiliate Programme schedule.
- Payout date: 15th of each month.
- Minimum payout threshold:
- $50 USD for most payment methods.
- $1,000 USD for Wire Transfer payouts.

If the minimum payout threshold hasn’t been reached, your commission balance will automatically roll over to the next payout period.
Commission Validation
Before commission is paid, referred orders may go through a validation process. During this time, we verify that:
- The order has been successfully completed.
- Payment has been received.
- The order hasn’t been cancelled or refunded.
- The referral complies with the Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions.
Eligible commissions will appear in your Affiliate Portal and become payable once approved.
Track Your Performance
Your Affiliate Portal provides real-time reporting so you can monitor your activity and earnings.
Available reporting includes:
- Clicks and referral traffic.
- Conversions and successful orders.
- Earned, pending, and approved commissions.
- Payout history.
Once your account is active, you’re ready to promote Bioniq Lab using your approved affiliate link and discount code.
We encourage all affiliates to use the official marketing materials where possible and always communicate about Bioniq Lab in a professional, accurate, and compliant manner.
Personal Purchases vs. Client Sales
To maintain program integrity, please adhere to the following usage rules:
Client Sales
Clients must use your requested affiliate code to receive their discount and for you to earn commission.
Personal Purchases
The use of your own affiliate code for personal purchases is prohibited.
Affiliate Discount
For personal orders, use the code AFF20 with your registered affiliate email address.
Parent Affiliate Programme
Selected affiliates may be invited to join the Parent Affiliate Programme and earn commission by referring new affiliates to Bioniq Lab.
How It Works
To invite a new affiliate, simply share your Parent Affiliate Referral Link, available in your Affiliate Portal under Referral Link.
Your link will look similar to:

Once a new affiliate registers through your link and their application is approved, they’ll automatically be linked to your account.
Standard structure
- Parent Affiliate commission: 5%
- Sub-affiliate commission: 10%
- Customer discount: 10%
Please note:
- Parent Affiliate participation is subject to approval.
- All referred affiliates must complete the standard application and approval process.
- Existing affiliates cannot normally be linked retrospectively.
- Alternative commission structures may be agreed separately in writing.
- Reporting is available within the Affiliate Portal.

How It Works
When a customer places an eligible order using your affiliate link or approved discount code:
- Your customer receives a 10% discount at checkout.
- You earn a 10% commission on the eligible purchase.
- Sales and commissions are tracked automatically through your Affiliate Portal.
Important Notes
- The standard structure for new affiliates is 10% customer discount / 10% affiliate commission.
- Any alternative commission structures or promotional arrangements are provided only by written agreement with the Bioniq Lab team.
- Legacy affiliate agreements may differ and do not apply to new affiliate accounts unless confirmed by Bioniq Lab.
- Commission is paid only on eligible completed orders in accordance with the Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions.

Affiliate communication should be responsible, accurate, and aligned with approved Bioniq Lab messaging. Affiliates should avoid making claims that have not been approved internally and should not present themselves as giving medical advice unless appropriately qualified and authorised to do so.

Affiliate Programme Terms
By joining the Bioniq Lab Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following
Promote Responsibly
- Represent Bioniq Lab accurately and professionally.
- Do not make misleading, unsubstantiated, or prohibited medical claims.
- Comply with applicable advertising regulations.
Use Your Affiliate Benefits Correctly
- Your affiliate discount code is intended for customer referrals only.
- Do not use your own affiliate code for personal purchases.
- Do not ask our team to manually apply affiliate discounts to your orders.
No Unauthorised Reselling
The Affiliate Programme is designed to reward customer referrals, not product resale.
Affiliates may not:
- purchase products for resale;
- repackage or rebrand products;
- sell products under their own branding;
- fulfil customer orders directly.
If you wish to purchase products for resale, you must apply for a B2B/Wholesale Account, which is subject to business approval, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and acceptance of our Wholesale Terms & Conditions.
Drive Customers to Bioniq Lab
- Customers should place orders through the Bioniq Lab website using your affiliate link or discount code.
- Do not bypass the website or request manual order processing for affiliate sales.
Represent the Brand
- Clearly identify yourself as a Bioniq Lab affiliate where appropriate.
- Do not present Bioniq Lab products as your own brand or obscure/remove Bioniq Lab branding.
- Affiliates must not promote competing peptide products or brands that directly compete with Bioniq Lab while participating in the Affiliate Programme.
- Affiliates operating as approved B2B partners, clinics, or practitioners are subject to separate partnership terms.
Compliance
- Affiliates must comply with MHRA, ASA, DHA, and other applicable advertising regulations, and must not present products as diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing disease.
- Bioniq Lab reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts, commissions, or discount codes where these guidelines are breached or where activity is deemed inconsistent with the purpose of the Affiliate Programme.
Programme Abuse
Examples of programme abuse include (but are not limited to):- using affiliate discounts for personal purchases;
- purchasing products for resale without approval;
- circumventing the affiliate platform;
- requesting manual discounts outside programme rules;
- sharing confidential pricing;
- creating misleading marketing;
- manipulating commissions or referrals.
Enforcement Abuse
Where these Terms are breached, Bioniq Lab reserves the right to:
- suspend affiliate discounts;
- suspend commissions;
- place orders on hold;
- revoke affiliate status;
- terminate participation in the programme without notice where serious or repeated breaches occur.
