DIRECTIONS: The normal course is to begin with an ‘intensive course’ of 2-capsules every day for 30-days (that’s 60 capsules in total) and to then proceed each additional month at 2-capsules each day for 10-days (that’s 20 capsules in-total). To give a specific date, we would recommend using the last 10-days of the month that follows the end of the intensive course. A small number of people with special needs may require a doubling of the above doses, i.e. 2-capsules twice daily for 30-days, followed by 2-capsules twice daily for 10-days each month. ON GOING MAINTENANCE: For individuals in good health who want to maintain their well-being, take two capsules daily for 10 days (one pack). Repeat this regimen every three months for ongoing support. For those seeking more frequent support due to health concerns, follow a regimen of two capsules daily for 10 days (one pack) and repeat every month for continuous care.
