A former CrossFit Semifinal athlete, gym owner, nutrition coach, and personal trainer, she has worked with a wide range of clients, helping them improve their overall health, performance, body composition, and recovery.

Laura has a particular interest in women’s health, healthy ageing, recovery, and rehabilitation, shaped by both her professional experience and her own journey as a competitive athlete. This has led to a deep appreciation for the role that peptides and other emerging therapies may play in supporting recovery, longevity, metabolic health, and overall wellbeing when used responsibly and appropriately.
