Return Policy Conditions
If you are not satisfied with an item you’ve purchased, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping & handling. You can only return items that have been unopened and sealed. For all returns we give you a 14 day period to send us your returns. This 14-day window starts when the shipping carrier marks the item as delivered. After requesting a return, our customer support staff will contact you with return instructions. You must ship your return within 5 days of receiving these instructions.
